Here's a list of the tools you will need to complete your task

Here's a list of materials you will need

EPDM liner. Assuming you want your basin to be 4 foot square x 1foot deep, you will need an 6 x 6 piece of liner.
Old carpet padding. sand, old carpet, (with the carpet side up). Anything soft that will protect the liner from being punctured from beneath.
2.....4 x 4 Grates
Blocks or bricks for your supports
Decorative rock to cover the grates
Pump (size depends on the size of the feature)
3 or 4 feet of flexible tubing
2 1" hose clamps
